Online claims management

Access through the client portal ensures full case management workflow for all relevant internal and external parties, enabling claims to be handled by your own tailored process. Online document upload allows information to be sent directly from the portal to the handler.

Audit and control

Claims compliance and performance targets are maintained through Websure’s automated diary and task generation function with associated SLAs.

Total integration

  • Fully integrated with the rest of the Websure system. Policy integration allows warning triggers, alerts and renewal actions to ensure full underwriting awareness of the claims position.

Workflow

Workflow enables you to define events and actions and create full replication of real-world processes against the full policy life cycle, claims management, client marketing and account management.

All of the following are supported: diaries, documents, validation, limits, authorisation, emailing, reporting, refer and decline processing. Custom actions allow almost any task or set of actions to be defined.

Trigger points and events can be easily setup based on single or multiple conditions. Actions such as warnings, referrals, emails, notes, diaries and automated scripts can be executed.

Key is the ability to assign SLAs, allowing senior management and execs to monitor and manage performance.

Reporting

At the simplest level, you can perform ad hoc queries almost anywhere in the application and present them in a grid.  Websure allows these queries to be exported to MS Excel in a couple of keystrokes.

More comprehensive reporting is provided in a standard suite of reports, which can be tweaked and edited as required.

We also offer an internal report writer that allows clients to develop reports from scratch. If clients need an additional level of reporting they can use the Crystal reporting tool to run over Websure.

MS reporting services with pre-defined cubes

Websure is integrated with Microsoft reporting services. Cubes allow you to report on all areas of the business and to provide real-time reporting, which is presented in dashboard summaries, pivots and detailed reports – all of which can be data mined.

Online (WebX)

WebX creates websites dynamically, allowing your products to be presented swiftly and efficiently through any e-business channel. For example: public websites, B2B extranets, intranets and call-centre apps.
